Everyone on your team gets their own account and one role, and the role decides what they see. Kitchen, bar, floor and office work with orders, the menu, tables and inventory; finances, settings and payouts stay with the owner.

Invite by e-mail
Add a team member with a name, e-mail address, phone, role, an optional position and a start date. A new e-mail address creates the account; an address that already has a Foxi account is simply linked to your restaurant.
Roles decide what people see
Operations manager and shift lead see the whole admin except the owner-only sections, and are the only employee roles that see revenue, statistics and AI. Chef, cook, barista, bartender, waiter, cashier and office roles work with orders, the kiosk, the kitchen display, the menu, tables, inventory and reviews.
Owner-only sections
Finances, accounting, settings, employees, appearance, domain, delivery pricing and rules, payouts and ad campaigns stay with the owner. Couriers get the courier app only and no access to the admin.
A separate login for each person
Everyone signs in with their own account, so kitchen and counter tablets do not share one login. The position field is only descriptive — access always comes from the role.
Deactivate without losing history
Setting a member to inactive blocks their access immediately and keeps their history intact. Fine-grained permission editing is not available yet.
