* The card fee is charged directly by the payment provider (Stripe) — typically 1.5% + 0.25 € for standard European cards and around 2% plus 0.25 € for corporate cards.

** The 5% goes to the end customer as a discount.

Example: on a 20 € pickup order the Foxi fee is 0,45 € — no matter the order value. It is added to the customer’s order as a processing fee and passed on to the platform, so it costs you nothing. Card payments also carry Stripe’s card fee (typically 1,5/2% + 0,25 €), charged directly by Stripe. The rest goes straight to your account.

How much does FoxiFood cost?
FoxiFood has no monthly fee and takes no commission on your revenue. The only fee is a €0.45 processing fee per order — card, cash or bank transfer alike — and it is paid by the customer on top of the order. Card payments carry Stripe's card fee separately (typically 1.5/2% + €0.25). For delivery orders, the fee is based on distance. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden costs.
How does FoxiFood pricing compare to Wolt or Bolt Food?
Wolt charges 25–30% commission, Bolt Food charges 25–35%, and Foodora charges 27%. FoxiFood charges no commission — just a €0.45 processing fee per order, paid by the customer. On €3,000 monthly revenue that is €750–1,050 a month that stays with you instead of going to aggregators.
Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts?
No. FoxiFood has zero hidden fees and zero lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime. There is no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no penalty for leaving. The only cost is Stripe's card fee when customers pay by card — FoxiFood's €0.45 processing fee is paid by the customer.
How do payments work with FoxiFood?
Payments go directly to your Stripe-connected bank account. You are the merchant — FoxiFood never holds your money. Card payments are processed via Stripe with automatic daily payouts. Cash is collected by you at the restaurant; the platform fee on cash orders is settled from your ledger.
Is FoxiFood really free to start?
Yes. You can sign up, set up your restaurant profile, upload your menu, and generate QR codes — all for free. The €0.45 processing fee is only added when a customer actually places an order. If nobody orders, you pay nothing.
What is included in the FoxiFood platform?
