FoxiFood connects to the tools that actually matter for orders and money, and gives you universal export formats for everything else — no proprietary lock-in. The rest of the integration catalogue in your admin is still marked as coming soon.
Key Benefits
Card payments with Stripe
Accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through your own Stripe account. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 provider and pays out to your bank account on its own schedule, usually within two working days.
Foxi API and webhooks
Your developer or your POS or accounting vendor gets API keys with read access — five active at most — and up to five webhook URLs receiving order.created and order.status_changed, signed with HMAC.
Ordering link in Google
Copy your ordering link — your own domain if you have one, otherwise your Foxi subdomain — and add it to your Google Business Profile, so guests can order straight from Google.
CSV and Excel exports
Export financial transactions, orders or courier payouts for any period as CSV, up to 10,000 records per export. Open them in a spreadsheet or import them into your accounting software.
Monthly statement
Every month closes into a statement with order count, revenue, FoxiFood fees and VAT, with a summary CSV and an orders CSV. It is a billing basis for your accountant, not a tax invoice — no PDF invoice is issued.
JSON exports for developers
Orders, customers and your menu can be exported as JSON — machine-readable files for a developer rather than a table for an accountant. This is what fulfils data portability under GDPR Article 20.
Transactional e-mail delivery
Order confirmations, status updates and password resets are delivered through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our e-mail sub-processor. Nothing to set up — and QR orders at the table send no e-mails at all.
One currency, no surprises
Your currency comes from the country you register in and stays editable until you connect Stripe, after which it is locked. Prices, statements and exports all use that one currency.
