Mobile Ordering for Your Restaurant

Guests order from you in the Foxi.food app for iOS and Android — they find your restaurant, browse the menu in their own language, pay by card and follow the order. On your own domain they can also add your ordering site to the home screen and open it like an app.

Key Benefits

Your restaurant in the Foxi.food app

Guests search for a restaurant, open your menu, order at the table by QR code, pay by card and track the order — and every order reaches you directly.

Your site on the home screen

On a phone, visitors to your ordering site are offered to add the restaurant to their home screen. The icon opens your site like an app, and on your own domain only your brand is shown.

Push and e-mail updates

The guest gets a push notification when you change the preparation time, and people who follow you are notified when you publish the daily menu or a last-call offer. Order e-mails go out in the language the guest ordered in.

Loyalty points and favourites

Guests collect loyalty points and save favourites. With a Foxi ID the checkout is pre-filled, and ordering also works without signing in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get my own app in the App Store and Google Play?
No. Your restaurant is part of the shared Foxi.food app for iOS and Android, where guests find you, browse your menu, order and pay. On top of that, guests can add your own ordering site to their phone home screen as a web app — on your own domain that icon shows only your brand.
Can customers order without the app?
Yes. Your ordering website and QR ordering at the table work in any browser, with no download. The app is an extra channel for guests who order more often.
In which languages do guests see my menu?
The ordering site and the app are available in 24 languages, and each guest sees them in their own. Menu items appear in the languages you have translated them into; order e-mails go out in the language the guest ordered in.
