Table Reservations for Restaurants
Switch on online reservations and a booking form appears on your ordering site. Reservations are their own book, separate from orders: you see them as a list or on a timeline per table, add phone and walk-in bookings yourself, and can ask for a card deposit.

Online booking form
Guests book from your ordering site — name, date, time, party size and a note. New online bookings appear in the notification bell, so nothing waits for a phone call.
Optional card deposit
Set a reservation deposit and it is taken by card at the time of booking, straight to your own Stripe account. A booking with a paid deposit is confirmed automatically, and cancelling such a booking refunds the deposit automatically.
One book for phone and walk-ins
Add a booking yourself with name, date, time, party size, table, duration and source — manual, phone or online. The system warns you when the table collides with another booking.
Statuses through to no-show
Pending, confirmed, seated, completed — or cancelled and no-show. Filter by status and switch between the list and a timeline with one row per table.
Confirmation and reminder e-mails
A guest who leaves an e-mail address gets a confirmation of the request and a reminder 24 hours before the booking. If you cancel a booking yourself, no e-mail goes out — call the guest.
